Please note: Each additional option will incur additional costs.

Party Times

• Morning parties from 10:00 – 12:00 or 10:30 – 12:30
• Afternoon parties from 2:00 – 4:00 or 2:30 – 4:30
• Optional 3 hour party either 10:00am – 1:00pm or 1:30pm - 4:30pm

Mad Hatter's Party Room

• Max 30 children and 20 adults (Min charge 15 kids)
• All beverages to be bought from Coffee Shop.
• If you provide your own platters we will charge a levy of R75.00 per platter

Mickey Mouse's Club House

• Max 16 children and 16 adults (Min charge 10 kids)
• All beverages to be bought from Coffee Shop.
• If you provide your own platters we will charge a levy of R75.00 per platter.

Standard Party Costs

• 2 hour party
• Mickey Mouse Club House - R95 per child (min of R950 per party)
• Mad Hatters Party Room - R95 per child (min of R1425 per party)
• Siblings who are not party guests will be charged R45 to play for the duration of the party.
• Final Payment needs to be made in cash or by cheque at the end of the party.
• Sunday afternoon venue hire and coffee shop service for private functions - R4000.00 plus a R1000.00 deposit (Contact us directly to discuss further).

You Need To

• Book well in advance – ideally at least 14 days prior to the party
• Pay a non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking within 3 working days of booking.
• Fax proof of payment with child’s name and party date as a reference.
• Fax or phone a list of confirmed party guests (first names only) to us at least 3 days before the party.
• Bring the birthday cake & candles, although we could arrange this for you if required.
